What does "will not play" mean? Do you get an error? Does it look wrong?

I'm not sure what you are trying to do. If you want to save exactly what you see in CineGobs keyer, you should make sure that "Preview" is selected in the "Image channels" combo-box.

this is what it says when i try to open it in windows media player, "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file".Confused

When saving the video CineGobs keyer asks which video compression you want to use. You have selected something that WMP doesn't support.

That depends on what you're trying to do.

CineGobs keyer isn't designed to create your final video. Normally you would save it in an lossless format like f.inst. uncompressed avi or a png image sequence and them import it into some other software where you can finish the video.

interiord86, I do most of my movies just using Windows Movie Maker.

I have found (so far) that exporting as – uncompressed avi – works.
