OfflineLet's see I get it perfect in preview then export it. The resulting video is a short copy of my original video without any of the background coming through or any sound. Example … filmed me in front of screen with sound. Used beach as background also had sound. Set everything right so I'm on beach. Then the resulting video file after rendered is a shorter video of me in front of screen with no sound. Am I missing something? I'm on pc with win 7

OfflineTo render exactly what you see in the preview, make sure that "Preview" is selected in "Image channels" on the "Output" tab.
There is no sound support in Cinegobs keyer. You'll have to add that back using some other software.
Since you haven't said how long your video is I'm having to take a guess about the too short video. It's probably either because the file size gets above 4GB (which is the maximum) or you've used some kind of compression that your player don't like.
