Ok I have my video the way I want it so I want to render it. When I render it it keeps acting up. One time it made the video have a rainbow effect and split it. Another time it made the video with out sound. What is the exact way I should set everything to render the video?

In the video I imported is a wmv file type and I added a picture to it. (I am making green screen video)

CineGobs doesn't support sound – it's expected that you'll lose it on export (you should plan to re-add it using another program such as VirtualDub).

Double check the options on the Output tab before you export, and press Alt-R (or View -> Preview Result) to ensure that you're looking at the final result.

Remember that very large videos (>2GB) are not supported as .avis for Windows – I ran into this a few times. The solution is to export as a TGA sequence, then re-assemble (again I would recommend VirtualDub for this).
